Are you selling your home For Sale By Owner (FSBO)?
Here is some advice from my hundreds of conversations with sellers in this process..
I have found there is a major marketing mistake being made by FSBO sellers. This mistake.. only marketing to buyers and not to Agents. We all know selling a home is expensive, Realtor fees, taxes, closing costs etc. however, buying a home is not. When you buy a home you DO NOT pay the Realtor, the seller pays all real estate commissions. Because a buyer's agent is free, do you think most active and serious buyers out there have a Real Estate Agent? YES. Do most of those buyers rely on the Agent to open the door and write the contracts for the homes they are interested in? YES. So as a seller, who should you be marketing to? BUYERS AGENTS. And where do buyers agents look for properties for their clients, the MLS, not Zillow or Trulia.
There are over 20,000 Realtors in the state of WA, any one of them could have a potential buyer that doesn't know your home is for sale.
My job is to get those Agents to bring their clients to buy your home, and I can reach all 20,000+ of them. If you'd like to have a conversation about getting this done call or text me at 425.280.4222
